The Annual Workshop of the CNR Institute for High Performance Computing and Networking (ICAR) hosts the ERCIM Event on Quantum Computing: three days on quantum algorithms, infrastructures and technology transfer, between academia and industry.
About the event
The ICAR-ERCIM Workshop 2025 is held in Vietri sul Mare (SA). The Annual Workshop of the Institute for High Performance Computing and Networking of the National Research Council (ICAR) hosts the European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics (ERCIM) Event on Quantum Computing.
ERCIM aims to provide a forum for discussing the state of the art in research on quantum algorithms, particularly by analysing future trends and developments. Participants from both academic and industrial environments report on a wide variety of scientific and technical achievements in the characterisation and applications of quantum software.
The ERCIM meeting brings together 20–30 participants with strong expertise on the subject and is part of a larger scientific event expected to attract at least 80 attendees, with the participation of major industries and European Commission representatives.
